"**Chapter Eleven** It took a lot of convincing from my part before Damon finally agreed that he would have a word with Zack. Two days after the very exhausting shopping trip Zack finally arrived. He was treated carefully and everyone was one guard. Damon, Jake, the beta, Vanessa, his mate, Kate and I went to the pack office where we would see if Zack could join the pack. Zack was a fair man but you could see his was in a great battle. He was covered in scars. "Why did you go rogue?" Damon got straight to the point once he took the head seat behind his desk. "I lived with a small pack. I'm an orphan from a very young age. The pack found me in the woods as a baby and took me in. They were my family. A year ago we were attacked by the hunters. The battle ended fast and I barely managed to escape with my life." Zack said. It was clear he was trying to come across as strong but he voice wavered as he talked about his pack. It was clear that they were family and that the lost of his pack members clearly hurt him. "Go on" Damon said with that serious look on his face that made me tingle. I glared at his head when he smiled sweetly knowing what his calm Alpha voice did to my body. "It took me a few weeks to heal probably where I learned the hard way to fight for survival. I was attacked by several other rogues who saw me as a threat and I managed to stumble on pack land. Unfortunately it was a brutal pack known as the Blood Fear pack." Kate gasped at the name of the pack. The Blood Fear pack is a brutal pack. They kill carelessly and are known for the blood they leave on their battle fields. They are brutal and have no mercy. If you even step a foot on their land you will be killed. No questions asked. You are dead. Zack's expression turned hard as he cleared his throat to continue with his story. "They took me down hard.
