I agree with Misriko. Beasts of New York is an exciting story with an ingenious plot and a protagonist you can identify with. Like Aesop's Fables it has a sting in its tail that we humans should beware.  I also highly recommend Night of Knives.

This is second book I have read: invisible armies and beasts of new York. Fabulous!  The latter the best I have read in a long time. You give a great insight to the world of the animal Kingdom.  A great read on power, love,  hate snd friendship and not a human in sight!
