A Tale of Two Time Travelers

My stories are a series of shorts all inspired by the BBC's television series, "Robin Hood" that originally aired in 2006. The show starred Jonas Armstrong as Robin Hood, Lucy Griffiths as Marian, Richard Armitage as Sir Guy of Gisborne and Keith Allen as The Sheriff of Nottingham,
I was able to view it on BBC America shortly after it aired in the U.K.
My first story is in response to the way the series ended. If you have not seen the series, in the middle of it or plan on seeing it, you might want to wait until you see the entire series before reading my tetralogy as it has spoilers.
The story follows the adventures of Aylaina MacLeod, an American woman from California of Scottish heritage who, with her father and brothers invents Time Travel. She takes the first trip into time intending to visit the future, but her device has a flaw in it and sends her back in time to the 12 century. As it turns out, Aylaina's ancestors knew the two men who find Aylaina lying on the floor of Sherwood Forest.
The first story parallels the final two episodes of the series where Aylaina decides to do something one should never do when traveling in time. She changes history.In doing so, her life is changed forever....maybe. To find out what she does to the Space-Time Continuum, you will have to read the stories.

About me: I am a wife, and mother of a beautiful newlywed daughter. I haven't written anything in a long time. My first efforts may show my inexperience so please feel free to insert any and all criticism and beta help in the comments.
