JZ Murdock

JZ Murdock is an internationally awarded filmmaker, writer/author with a University degree in Psychology, Awareness and Reasoning division concentrating in Phenomenology with a minor in Creative Writing for fiction, play and screen/script writing. He has turned those skills toward non-fiction as well as writing stories with a unique perspective within the Horror/Sci Fi genre.  His latest film, an antiwar documentary, "Pvt. Ravel's Bolero" has won 43 international awards as of September 2023.

in recent years he has been producing his own films, having retired to pursue writing and filmmaking which led to co-founding the Gorst Underground Film Festival and the now Covid murdered monthly "Slash Night" for local indie filmmakers.
