Pushed Times, Chewing Pepper by Myra Jolivet At the intersection of a brain tumor and an empty nest, I met courage. Having survived both, I resolved to do something I wanted since my days of writing about the latest fire, political scandal or school board meeting---I wrote a book. My characters are racially diverse, my murder mystery has humor and connects opposing cultures, conceptions and coasts.
