Hi! I was one of your photography researchers for Lily Pad Designs and i think your problem was that you had TOO many people in your staff i think ou would have been fine with 3 cover makers, 3 banner makers, and 2 photography researchers. If you dont agree its ok but i would gladly help you start over and when your busy I can help host the feed.
