Hi, my name is Sharni and... apparently I have to describe myself. Here goes nothing...
I'm 14 years old and I love to be creative and write. I'm very passionate about writing and lots of people have read and fallen in love with my pieces. 
Music would have to be one of my main influences, as it changes how I feel and how I see things. 
Umm... my favourite books are 'Spellbound' by Cara Lynn Schultz and 'How To Keep A Boy From Kissing You' by Tara Eglington. 
I also write songs sorta like One Republic's 'Something I Need' (look it up on Youtube, it's amazing!!!)
and all of them are meant for one person who will never know or care enough...

For example these are parts to a song I'm working on...


That as I cry a thousand tears over you, the pain digs deeper.
And as I write a thousand words I can never say, my heart grows weaker.
When I see you staring at her from across the room, my eyes burn with the tears.
Oh tell me, why can’t someone just come and take away my fears? 
So that I can tell you all these things, but you’ll never know.

It’s so hard to act like you’re just another guy.
When really, in the end you make me ask why?
Why do I care?
So... 
I just wipe away the tears that you’ll never see.
Delete those pictures of you and me.
Rub away the words you’ll never read.
Cover up the scars that I made bleed.
Put in my music when you’re talking to her,
if I can here you, turn it up louder.
You’ll never know what you mean to me.
And you’ll never understand how that hurts, baby

I know... not that great of a song writer...
