I used to be on inkpop with the username Hikari, but now they've gone over to the dark side and I've decided to create a Wattpad account as a back-up. See that "Member since 27 Feb, 2012" ? It's my inkpop identification

I am proudly a South African Muslim of Indian descent

My favourite genres are Fantasy and Science Fiction, though I do enjoy a good Dystopia every now and then

Paranormal Romance kills me. Do not ask me to read anything in that genre, because (putting it bluntly) I hate it. 

English is my first language, but I am fluent in Afrikaans (and because of it, I can read Dutch) and I understand some Arabic

Most of my projects take place in South Africa, even the fantasy ones. Why, you may ask? Well, it's the only place I've lived and I love how beautiful my country is! 

I love travelling, overseas and around SA. I've been to Saudi Arabia, India, UAE, London, Singapore and Malaysia (in that order). There are few things as inspiring as visiting a new place.

Besides reading and writing, I love Maths and Physics. I want to win a Nobel Prize one day and discover something amazing.
