Hello, I am a single mom of two grown up children and a new empty-nester. I am a Registered Nurse, Author, Esthetician, and US Navy Veteran. I live in New Jersey close to the ocean where the smell of the ocean breeze is all around me. G.D. Steel is the name I use for adult fiction and romance while for children and young adults, I write under the name Gwenna D'Young. I also belong to a group of authors called "The Peacock Writers" whom write and publish books to benefit children's charities.
