Greetings, everyone.

Wow, I have been away for quite a bit, and it feels longer than what any indication Wattpad has given me. It estimates about nine months, but it does feel quite a bit longer. 

Some might have read my recent message, about the deletion of all of my documents and files. Luckily most of the important parts of my computer were spared, depending on how you look at it. 

I would very much like to get back into the writing groove, revamping and changing most of the Words of a Song history, lore, and story arc. Honestly, though it is the best I have done so far, I think it is, Words of a Song began to lose some of itself I think. Quite possibly I was just in a rush to get something out for people to read, it's quality and continuity fell by the wayside, which is a terrible thing and something I regret. I do hope this revamp can capture some of the early feeling of Words of a Song that I so enjoyed getting out there. Here's hoping.

Wattpad Related Goals:
- Finish Words of a Song, including the planned Books 2 and 3.
- Work through a Short Story series of strange characters in a stranger universe.

I got some bad news, guys and girls. A recent computer crash has decimated my documents and folders, I don't know how it happened, but almost all of my personal files and documents have been destroyed. Almost everything is gone, which includes everything I have even written into a word document; certainly everything that is on here. 

As horrible as such a 'possible return to Wattpad' message may be, it can also be seen as a relatively new start. A sudden bout of inspiration has kicked up some old ideas, in as much as I might be returning to the Words of a Song theme/world, but in quite a different way than before. Of course, Cynn will make a return, there's something about him I just enjoy writing. Most of what was in the old Words of a Song will not be in what I am planning, but people who have read Words of a Song might feel a little something when Cynn makes a return. 

As for Shatter, I really don't know. I had planned all future chapters out, in a word document, which is now gone. And with the new ideas and potential revamp of Words of a Song looming, I can't help but feel as though it is going to be left. 

I haven't creatively written in all the time that I have been away from Wattpad, though it feels longer, it feels as though I had stopped writing about halfway through Words of a Song. 

So, I plan to be coming back to Wattpad. I'm starting again, with a new direction and vision of Words of a Song. I hope I can see this through to the end, I am terrible at finishing these stories, and they stick with me forever in my head.

As always, it'd be nice to hear from anyone, what you think etc. Until next time -- Grim

@SamanthaJR You didn't really need to tell me, people can be busy with all sorts of things, and its rather petty to get my nose out of joint if someone hasn't voted or commented on my story lately. I don't write for commendation, just for writings sake. 

But it's nice to know you felt like you had to explain yourself, even though there wasn't a need :). Exams are super important, and really annoying, I totally understand and hope you study hard and do well, looking forward to chatting with you once their out of your hair :D (Don't cave and read, study!)

I just felt like I needed to tell you I hadn't forgotten about Words of a Song - those exams I was talking about extend until the 28th and I can't wait until then... you probably don't actually need to be told this, but I have to write a message or do SOMETHING because if I don't, I'll give in and read anyway, and then I'll fail the most important exams of my life to date :'(

@MichaelJScinto Not a worry, it happens. I look forward  to future chapters, whenever you can spare the time for them. The anticipation heightens the joy in reading them.

Oh hey, thanks for the review (ah, I know, really late!) sorry for taking so long to respond, I've been so ridiculously busy that I forgot all about Wattpad. Didn't want to seem inconsiderate, so I figured better late than never.

But I am glad you got it in you're break.
As of next Monday i've got a one week study break from Uni :D
