I write dark Young Adult fiction and erotic romance as Lee Rene.  I am a member of Romance Writers of America, the Society for Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, (SCBWI) and the International Press Academy.

I have a taste for the macabre. The works of Ray Bradbury, Arthur Conan Doyle, the Gothic prose of the Bronte sisters and Bram Stoker have all influenced my writing. Like the late Roald Dahl, I’m more interested in what lurks beneath the rocks in a garden than the flowers on top.
