Hahaha it more an aussie in joke about a western australian politician named Troy buswell who got caught sniffin chairs! When asked by his secretary which seat a certain hot senator had recently vacated he sniffed, pointed, and said this one! So where before he was a fairly good aussie politician, after that he became famous and will forever be called by us aussies The Chairsniffa:)
