Dell Anne Raye is my pen name , 
my name is Jennifer Dell Bergerson.

 I write in my spare time when i'm not working, 
Poetry is my passion, however I am currently working on three novels, 
I welcome any advice since I write from the heart and soul I do make errors.
I've self published two poetry books over the last three years and these are my 
favorite poems ....


I grew up in the Oregon state Foster care system where I was labeled Unwanted and unloved. 
My father and Mother adopted me what I was considered well past the adoption age. That's right I was to be a lifer in the system. They took a scared meek little girl, whom was destined to die from complications with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and saved her, loved and raised her as their very own child. so This and all the writing I do is to show the love they so carefully gave and to honor their memory and legacy. They were foster parents for 20 plus years, they adopted nine children Six were " last chance" kids. what CPS deemed to be a lost cause. Their life long comittment is the very reason I'm alive today.... that's a hero and that is the definition of real love.
