David Free of Meaford has served a number of municipalities in Canada, including Magnetawan, Port Burwell, and Meaford. He has also been a Senior Executive Consultant to the Canadian School of Public Service, reporting to the Director General provide strategic plans including implementation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of 1,000 person international  support services organization providing technical, management and executive training to the Federal Public Service employees.
