I'm a writer living in New York City. I've published two hard copy novels writing as Daniel Hearn: Bad August published by St. Martins and Black Light by Dell. These books (along with a new novel called Shoot the Moon) are available on Smashwords and most e-book outlets like B&N. My play, High School Confidential, co-written with my wife Janet Reed, has been published this year by Dramatic Publishing and there are already Spring productions scheduled in high schools in the States and in Canada. My play, Money Love Money, is in development (which means at this point that I'm looking for a producer). I'm in the finishing stages (I hope) of a new play called Get Out!

Dark Beach is my first book published on Wattpad, but I'm writing a new book, a teenage crime thriller called Worship You and posting it as I finish chapter by chapter on Wattpad. Check it out and let me know what you think! I tend to have more than one project going at a time, so if I cool off on one I can switch gears and write another. Which then gives me ideas for the piece that's stuck. As you can probably see, I owe Wattpad a great debt for the inspiration to keep writing. It's so great to get your stuff out there directly to readers. Makes you want to produce more. It's very exciting to be in on the creation of a totally new way of interacting with readers and writers. Peace, love and keep reading.
