@Cobloro - anytime old son
@joelleyammine Thanks.@TheOrangutan You are wise Gav and have given me a lot to think about. I like that saying. That sounds very peaceful indeed. Thanks for taking the time to give your advice it has helped a lot.@AngusEcrivain No problem man also thanks for the dedications!@BigDaddyBamBam Sorry about that. Also I changed my name because today someone I know was 'googling' me while I was there with other people and for some reason I felt very uncomfortable and prayed they would not find me here as this place has been my own little world. I'm just not ready to share my stories with people I know yet.
Jesus Christ. You scared me. I thought I was seeing things. You just changed your name. Hey man, just keep at it. Don't give up. You have friends who believe in you. We know you can do this.
@Cobloro Thanks for the shout out, fella :)
When i first read the message i was like "who's this cobloro person and why is he calling me cool?". So i see you changed your user name. Well, that's a first step. Now breath, relax and do whatever you like to do: read, write, dance, quit writing for some time and then come back with fresh ideas...whatever is best for you. Have a good day.
@Cobloro - sometimes it helps to write down a list of what you need to do and what you've recently done. It helps get your head in order. Add a couple of things at the top that you've already completed though, it gives you a head start, then tackle the rest one by one. As the old saying goes - How do you eat an elephant? With a spoon. Take everything a bit at a time, not everything all at once. I took a 2 month break from Wattpad in my early time on here. It helped. I was putting myself under so much pressure to write and come up with new ideas I ended up going round in circles and not getting anything done. Sometimes you just need to go outside and smell the air or get rained on. Do something completely different for a day or two, that can help too. Finding a peaceful place is a good idea though. Walking in the hills works for me, or sitting on the bench in the garden at my parents place looking at the moors. It only takes 5 minutes of sitting there...
@joelleyammine Wow you are cool. Thanks for reading me it is appreciated. I still like writing I just have nothing to offer now. I have a lot of unpublished drafts saved here but I'll wait until July at least to post them. I wont close my account I just wont write here.
@TheOrangutan Thanks for the kind words Gav. I don't know what it is usually I go through stages of anxiety and it passes. It feels like I haven't had a calm period for months now my mind is just forever ticking over rapidly and nothing is getting done at all. Like there is no peaceful place.
@Cobloro - then hang on to a few things that give you joy. I know you love your writing and hanging out on here. Everyone I've ever spoken to who's left this place has regretted closing their profile and having to restart. If you're having problems with depression or anything then talk to a friend or someone you're close to. It does help, believe me.
