Hey there, my name is Calum, I'm a member of the Wattpad Ambassador (Ninja) Squad (http://www.wattpad.com/user/WPNinjas) thanks for checking out my page!

That's Calum with one L, ONE. Get it wrong, and there will be consequences.
I'm a simple guy living and writing in England, of dual nationality, English and Irish.
I like to write to escape this hectic harsh and sometimes hellish world. I write poems when i feel like it, so expect random updates. I love writing, swimming and creating virtual worlds or headbanging to bands like Disturbed and Killswitch engage.
My favourite books are: The Bartimaeus trilogy, Small gods, His Dark Materials and the Hitch-hiker's guide to the Galaxy: the trilogy of 5

Hey guys!

As some of you know, I've been away form Wattpad for some time. And I plan to stay away for some time too. Work has, for now, overloaded me, and I can't keep up the Watt along side it (which is why I've dropped by Ambassador duties too). 

I'm likely going to stop recieveing emails form WP, and I'm definitely archiving Twin flames and The Shadow Dancer. Both are largely in the process of being re-written externaly; right now they are just memories of my early days of writing. Not a reflection of how I am now.

To all my newest fan, applogies that I couldn't thank you personally. I used to pride myself on always doing that, and it feels bad that I'm not. 

Anyway, take care guys, and I hope to see you all again when my work is relieved!

@SidneyArden Hey Sid! Sorry for the lateness, Wattpad's been pushed aside by me for the time being. I'm afraid that I can't think of any steampunk Watt stories...but firefly aint steampunk. Space western, and that's why the weapons and clothes look as they do, but it needs waaay more steam power technology! Nice to hear from you again!

Argh, every time I visit your profile I have the urge to watch Serenity again.. or Firefly.. Maybe Firefly so that I can enjoy Wash without readying myself for the end. And so that I can enjoy the plentiful Jayne one-liners..
Anyway, I came to ask; Do you know any really good steampunk novels, published or on the Watt? I'm intrigued about the genre...
Also, another question, do you reckon that Serenity is steampunk? In a way? I'm just deliriously late-night-hypothesising...
