I have many loves in my life but writing, reading and horses heads them all.
The idea for "Envoys of the Vow" has been lurking for years so I finally decided to put pen to paper (well furious keyboard typing at ridiculous hours of the night actually) and I wanted to share the start. Little did I know how it would take over my life. Nothing beats the 3 in the morning idea that has to be written down then and there!
Originally intended to be completed in one book this was just not possible to give it the depth and gloss it deserved so now "Envoys" comprises of a series of 4 novels. Following Sara as her normal peaceful life collides with the magical world and changes her forever in more ways than one. The series starts with "The Awakening"
My love of fantasy novels started as a child reading Alan Garner's Weirdstone and blossomed from there. The world is a magical place so bringing that magic to life just seems natural. The interaction between mythical folk and their mortal counterparts is fascinating to me hence my tendency toward contemporary fantasy novels and fantasy romance.
