Welcome inside. I thought you would never come. It is a relief to know that one such as yourself has taken the time to step inside and read this description. Was it cold outside? Come, sit by the fire and warm yourself. It must have been a long journey for you to get here. But to come inside and peer around behind the corners of my mind, is a trip once taken never to be forgot. It may be dark, but I love this place. It holds most of the secrets of a burning race. In my mind you will learn about me. Don't be afraid, my mind doesn't bite.

I'm a young writer, older than ten and younger than twenty, and also young as in not having been a writer for very long. I started off with writing Free Verse poetry, and then gradually moved on to adding rhyme to them. I haven't moved on from there yet to writing any of the other hundred different forms of poetry out there.

I've written a few short stories, mainly because I couldn't think of enough to make them longer. And I've written a few long ones. Most of my work is on here, (A lot of it unedited) so if you've got time and want to check it out that would be fantastic. And also if it is possible, tell me what you think about it, that would be most appreciated. I'm always looking for honest critique.

I love to read, though for some really strange reason I seem to be running out of time to.
I'm a silent reader on here for the most part, though I do vote. If I do say something, consider your work good enough to break me out of silence to say something! Or else bad enough that I use the words to correct your grammar.

I'm also a Christian.

Good afternoon, folks! I bring to you good news. Chapter 18 of 'The Story of Silence' has been posted. Thank you for waiting for those of you who waited. I'm quite happy with this chapter because I was able to keep it after finding a mistake in my writing with the time zones. But it's all good and the chapters are still there, just edited again and changed a bit, but still mostly the same. I hope you enjoy this new chapter and don't forget to comment or vote on it!

So I know I said that I would post a chapter of 'The Story of Silence' once a week, but, there won't be a chapter today because I have discovered a previously unseen problem in the storyline which I need to correct, and I really have no idea how long that is going to take. So I apologise for that, and hope that for those of you who are reading the story will have the patience to wait a couple of extra days before getting the next chapter.
Also, if you haven't read anything else of mine, you should go and check it out. Comments will be most appreciated, and also votes if you think whatever you end up reading is worth a vote.

Check out the link above for chapter 17 of 'The Story of Silence' if you're interested in reading it.
Also some of you may have noticed that if you go into 'The Story of Silence' you will see a lot of chapters with '2nd edit' written after the chapter. This is because I've edited them, but nothing has changed to the storyline, I've only changed sentences around and corrected things I think make the story flow better. So don't panic and think you have to re-read the chapters, 'cause you don't if you don't want to.

I felt creative just before and felt like trying something a little different. The idea's been in my mind for a couple of days now but the ending was not something counted on, but it makes the story.
