I'm so sorry I haven't updated in over a MONTH! My maths teacher is kicking my ass and I've been dealing with a lot of personal problems. I almost considered leaving my account as Liz (the original owner of 1DOnlyYou) had, but I can't do that to you. My final's on Thursday, so I'll be uploading like crazy afterwards! Again, I'm so sorry.

Hey, you beautiful person reading this!

Put the blade down. Put the cap on the bottle. Put away anything and everything you have ever thought of or used to hurt yourself.

It isn't worth it. I should know, I've done it before.

Whatever's bothering you isn't worth seeing those scars on your flawless skin, or living with a condition for the rest of your life.

The pain feels good, but it won't forever. Do what you need to do. Do ANYTHING but what you're doing right now. Stop hurting yourself.

I know, I know. You've heard this speech a million times before, and maybe you haven't stopped. I know I didn't. But when you feel down, send a message to all those fans. Post a tweet for your followers. THEY WILL NOTICE. AND THEY WILL CARE.

If, by the off chance that they don't, message ME. I'll listen to you.

I know it might feel good. I know it might feel like you deserve it. I know you might feel like you're not worth it; or anything, for that matter.

But you do matter. Those assholes sending you hate, or bullying you- they're irrelevant little peasants who get off on ruining the lives of good people.

You think you'd be doing them a favor by doing what they ask? By hurting yourself, degrading yourself, killing yourself? That would just make them feel terrible. You wouldn't even be there to see the look on their face.

You know a better way to see that look? Ignore it. Find what's beautiful in yourself. Hell, listen to some cheesy songs that tell you how beautiful you are. Because those songwriters know their stuff.

I don't know you, but I admire you. I admire you because you're still alive to read this right now. I admire you because you've had the strength to keep going. I admire you because you will find the strength to be here tomorrow, and the day after that.

Set goals. If you survive one day, try two. Then three, then four, and so on. If you make it to a year, buy yourself a cake and CELEBRATE a long, hard, tough year that finally paid off.
