Alicia Kat Dillman has been creating something for as long as she can remember, whether it was impromptu musicals for her parents, micro-origami that make a dime look big, to photorealistic reproductions of her favorite characters. Now, years later, she is a professional illustrator and indie author as well as the Creative Director of both KatGirl Studio and Korat Publishing. A life long resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, Kat earned her BFA in Illustration from the Academy of Art University. Working from her studio in Cherryland, California, Kat continues to create illustrations for the publishing world while aiding her fellow creatives through her weekly participation in industry twitter chats.
