The Locket of Clues

I didn't dare glance behind to see if the were following. I run into the house thinking about what amount of time I had left before they find out where I am hiding. I run up the creaking steps to the attic and find a small gift box to hide the locket in. Gluing it tight with carpenters glue I quickly hide it under a loose floorboard. On her death bed her last words were 'Protect it' . To this day nobody knows what Claire was talking about until one day a girl named Piper discovers her secret.
