Lilliane Briediena Crysanthei is sent to the Philippines for unknown reasons. She has a cold character. and shows no emotion except for poker face. She works for the goverment as a special division captain.[[Due to some circumstances]] Replacing her late brother in his supposed to be duties. Soon her gang (also works for the goverment) followed her and was stucked in Scott University. Which they refer as Skirt University because they are annoyed with the short skirts. Soon they meet the school's good-for-nothing gang whose leader has the same attitude as Lilliane. And whom always is the main reason they fail most of their mission. Will love ever bloom with two hearts as cold as ice.???
