Felicia Heart was your average teen. She had good grades, stayed out of trouble, and was dating the most popular guy in school – her best friend, of whom she had grown up with, Jesse Jay Divine. At least that was until this all changed in an instant, because she found out what she really was: a freak of nature.
Now Fly is trying to discover not only herself, but attempting to learn how to control her unique powers, while she pretends to be a normal teen and just finish high school. Of course having a secret relationship with an older male, who ironically enough is her drama teacher, makes things that much more complicated.
