Leigh-Anne Harris is the youngest of seven. Their mum ran away when Leigh-Anne was young and has been brought up by her elder siblings. With a childhood in poverty and a limited money, Leigh-Anne grows to become the 'stereotypical teenager'.
Now she is starting her third high school, and this time she has to stay put. Her elder brother Henry has a tight leash on her and she doesn't want to cause anymore tension in the house than there already is.
Leigh-Anne also aborted a child she had with a handsome stranger when she was thirteen years old. But what happens when the handsome stranger turns out to be her Maths teacher?
Will she get expelled and risk the wrath of Henry? Or will she find a love that will attempt to calm the rather loud and 'I don't care what anybody thinks' attitude?
