Maria Stowns, the average high school student, right? Wrong! When Maria gets a mysterious poison in her system she is put through extremes as she has to save her dragon's world. Lazuli, Maria's best friend and dragon, is the legendary Black Daylight, and it is their jobs to save the world from the evil Midnighters. But is Maria up to the task? Especially when her heart gets stole by one of these Midnighters? Her world will succussfully turn upside down several times. Being the Black Daylight though, she has to deal with the pressures that are thrown at her.
