The year is 2016 and the President of the United States has agreed to pass on a new law. Why has this law formed, and why are people so sceptical about it? Back in the years of 1946 through 1964 there was an event that took place just like the one that is almost happening in these years now. What does the Government have to do? Pass on a new law. Will this stop anyone from having kids at such a young age? Well you’re about to see in this story of The Newborn Requirement.
