Cami Bales wasn’t like every other girl that you think you know. A Bloodred by blood she was from another planet. After the Great War the whole planet spread throughout the universe. Cami’s family, her mother and her, fled to Earth. Cannibals by ancestry, their bones contracting and elongating to tear and rip apart the bodies of not only animals but humans as well. Then when the Bloodred symbol it drawn out in front of her at her new school Cami knows she’s in trouble. Could her secret be out? Would it be her own kind that exposes her to the world?
