Scarlett Blake is an ex-marine with a genius mind and a bad attitude. She's angry at the world even though zombies nearly wiped most of it out about two years ago. Now she's fighting her way through that world, and along the way, she'll rediscover basic human emotions and actions like happiness and hugging. Maybe even love.
Aaron Van Shackle is an army man who goes with the flow, but can't seem to remember why he got dropped off in post-apocalyptic Texas. He'll have to find a way to break through Scarlett's hardened shell and prove that hole he'll create is one that she should choose to keep.
Along with friends and twisted ideas, these two will have to figure out how to survive in a world that's been changed forever, and, hopefully, if not bring their world back, create a better one.
