It was dark, the night the sky lit up with bright colors. It was storming, the worst weather that the small town of Devil's Kettle had ever been involved in. A few residents speculated that it would be wiped off the map in whole.
Then it happened. About one mile out of town, in an open field, a lightning bolt about a pillar around in width and as bright as the sun and stars struck the ground and scorched the earth forever.
