“NEVER give up; NEVER lose hope. Always have faith, it allows you to cope. Trying times will pass as they always do. Just have patience, your dreams will come true. So put on a smile, you will live through your pain. Know it will pass and strength you will gain.”
Lydia Cook had it all when she was a twenty-three years old bachelorette. She just recently got promoted as a personal assistant for her boss, she have a very loving and supportive parents, brothers and sisters that works hard and great friends that always there for her.
But when she reaches the age of twenty-four, her boss retired and replace by a man she despites. At the age of twenty-five, she lost her father. Things are falling apart for her and her family. Her mother had a weak heart and can’t work much. The café they owed is only enough to pay for the bills for their home and the café. Her wage is enough to pay for the tuition fees of her brothers and sisters. The money her brothers and sister earn is enough to put food on their table.
But she knew she can still rely on her friends or so she thought. Her mother needed a heart transplant and when she needed their help none of her so-called ‘friends’ helped her.
When she’s about to lose hope, a person she didn't expect lends her a helping hand but with a price.
Harvey Omar Thompson aka H.O.T. is a man with many secrets. He is charming, intelligent, good-looking, ambitious, rich and very mysterious. He was only twenty-five years old when he took over the CEO position from his uncle.
But to Lydia he is an arrogant man and self-centered who doesn't care about others but himself until he offered her his help. A help she could not just brush away and for the sake of her mother’s life, she swallowed her pride and accept the offer.
Little did she know that her life was about to turn into one roller-coaster ride.
