But what will happen when a small unknown prank call from Drew to Jeanne brings them closer than ever?

This is a great starting! You described the main character very well and right off the bat the reader takes a liking to her :) Great job!
Wow! I like Jeanne's character a lot! She's a strong protagonist who's loyal to her friends and stands up for what's right :)
