The Utopia Project
Their is a plague sweeping the planet killing thousands and leaving millions injured . No one thought it could get any worse. But then the attacks started. The virus was like nothing ever seen before and the world plummeted into chaos.
because of this massacre the governments around the world decided they needed to do something to save humanity and to do it fast, they held an emergency meeting and after many plans were thought up then dismissed, they finally came up with a plan that was humanities last hope:
