Julie can't wait for her summer to start! Her cousin Tonya is coming back for a visit. She has not seen her in three years since she moved to New York from their farm. What will happen when reality catches up with Tonya? How will rich kid Heath and ex-con Tanner figure into their summer?

Tonya's life sounds quite similar to Melanie Smooter's life in that movie Sweet Home Alabama in a way.
