Cura Davis is a 16-year-old girl who is smart, quiet and always plays by the rules. That is until she meets Michael, an arrogant, self-centred jerk who is under a curse because of choices he made hundreds of years ago. Yes, he has money and yes. . . he's extremely gorgeous, but that doesn't mean he can do what he's been doing. As he holds Cura prisoner, forcing her to live with him, the peices aren't quite adding up as she begins to see sagnificsnt changes in his appearence and even personality. Michael knows time is quickly coming to a close for him, and he needs Cura to say the three little words that will release him from the curse: "I love you" and mean it. As the two begin to warm up to each other, Cura learns that her brother is deathly sick and rumours about her parents death begin to boil and the murder streak is getting closer to home when there is just about no time left. . .
But how could anyone love a beast anyway?
