One Day and One Life
Turning sixteen was supposed to be the greatest day of Anya's life, but instead it is the day her life is changed for what she thinks is the worst. Anya lives in the year 3011, a year just before the said Blood Mutation is supposed to occur and wipe out the human race. About a century back, this future was broadcasted to the world, and scientist began intense research. They released info that Positive blood types may possibly have a slight chance of fighting off the mutation with the antigens they posess in their blood. This led to a frenzy of freakouts which caused a revolution that split up the entire human race into two major catagories... Postive blood types and Negative blood types. For Anya, having two O Positive parents meant that she was bound to be a Positive, but that five measly percentile range had sucked Anya in, and when she is tested on her sixteenth birthday, she finds she is a Negative. Now Anya is thrown underground with the rest of the Negatives to try and survive.
