Trouble arises when her best friend Paige Cooke (Ashley Benson) falls for one of her prospects, arch rival American Regina Kelly (Scout Taylor-Compton) and her lackey Ashley Pine (Ke$ha) try to stir up trouble, and she meets a fellow American heiress Sasha Waters (Emma Roberts) who tries to bring the party girl back.
