There is a legend in the deep parts of England, that if a pure soul is murdered by someone who loves them truly, they will rise from the grave and be bound to one another for all eternity. However, that's only a legend, and legends rarely come true...Right?
Clara Monroe, a normal 19 year old girl from England, finds herself murdered by a man who has been watching her for weeks. A man who is hopelessly in love with her. A man who is no less than the prince of Abaddon (the underworld), and wants to make Clara his Dark princess. The arrogant, cruel man, however, is someone that Clara cannot or will not, ever love. Even with his good looks and his power to control her she will fight to the end to keep her hormones in their right place. She doesn’t love him. She cannot love him. She won’t love him. But he loves her, and sometimes, that’s just too hard to resist…Isn’t it?
Clara enters a world where legends are truths and truths are just legends. Follow her through a journey of love, hatred and freaky old legends, that all turn her world, upside down. Literally.
