It doesn't have a victor;
It doesn't have a loser;
It bears no gender;
It has many faces;
Young and old;
Many forms;
So many stories never told.
It has a name -- abuse.
What would you do if you fell victim? Would you stay? Would you escape? Most importantly, if the person you loved most in this world was the one to inflict the pain, could you ever let go; move on; ever be happy again? Could you trust? Could you love?
