A Huntsman Halloween

While on patrol during Halloween to ensure that the humans' safety from the Others, Evera Rennie ran in to an intriguing hooded stranger using a bow and arrows for weapon. He helped her deal with a disturbance, but his way of dealing with the situation wasn't what Evera had in mind thus causing them to clash, but before she could reprimand him further he disappeared without telling her who or what he was... **AUTHOR'S NOTE: This story is originally written for a forum contest I joined at another site, but due to length constriction I had to edit it down from this original finished chapter. Since I don't want this original version to go unread (and I really liked this original version), I decided to upload it here.
