The Death of Me
Estella Hensley returns home from college to her country home in the outskirts of Tennessee to find her parents mutilated in her living room. Distraught and suddenly scared for her own life as her parent's supposed murderer comes after her too, she accepts help in the only form it arrives in: a mysterious, strange man named Jayden who unexplainably saves her life and tells her she'll have to trust him absolutely if she wants to live. Confused, terrified, and hungry for revenge, she follows him; but she has no idea whether he's taking her to her death or her salvation, or why her life was turned upside down in the first place. When she finds out and gets the answers she craves it may be shockingly too late as she discovers the secrets of the world her parents never let her see.

Wow, this is a great prologue! I always suck at opening chapters but this is amazing. I'm trying to think who 'they' are.... I'm just going to keep reading!
