Breaking Away
A terrifying epidemic has ravaged through the United States and Liam barely escapes with his life after the virus claims those closest to him. With nothing left to live for but a promise to a lost loved one, Liam is left wandering the remnants of civilization, hoping that as each day ends, he’ll be around to see the next. But when he meets a community of strangers with a proposition, he is thrust from his familiar life of solitude into one of uncertainty and solidarity.
In a time when death is imminent and the sole necessity is survival, Liam must decide whether to continue walking a lonesome road, or to break away from the norms of a merciless world and begin living for others, even if the cost is his own life.
