"I'll wait for you." I said holding my head up high even though all i wanted to do was crumble down and cry my heart out. You know all those people who tell you love is a wonderful thing. Well sorry to break it to you but that's a lie, love sucks! He shook his head moving his eyes to the ground. That's when i heard it. The sound of my heart shattering. I slowly walked towards him. I grabbed his face in my hands making him look me in the eyes. I brought his lips to mine one last time. He wrapped his arms around me holding me close. We stood there in each others arms savouring the moment. I pecked his lips one last time before backing away. "I love you." i whispered before turning on my heel and walking away. I was so tempted to turn around and run to him. Even one last look would satisfy me but i knew that would only make things harder. So with that i picked up my shoulders and walked away.
