Lucy Blue Braun is Scooter Braun's daughter. Scooter the manager of the one and only Justin Bieber. Justin's Believe tour takes place during the summer and Lucy doesn't have school. Scooter doesn't want her to stay alone all summer so she is forced to go with him on tour. Lucy and Justin have never met and Lucy isn't exactly a fan. Will Lucy cooperate and help out with tour or be stubborn and make it miserable?
