Overcoming The Past
Auden Welker is a seventeen year old girl struggling with her past. She has turned to self-injury in attempt to escape the raw emotions that eat away at her daily. Afraid that one of these times Auden will actually take her own life, like her mother, Auden's father sends her to a psychiatric institution to receive help. During her stay at the institution, she meets dangerous, arrogant, and cold-hearted Nathaniel Anderson. As much as Auden wants to distance herself from Nate, she continually finds herself being drawn to the gorgeous blue eyed boy. Auden is trying to piece together the past, while Nate is running from his, harboring his own secrets. As they begin to grow and help one another, they just may begin to fall in love through their journey of overcoming the past.
