Safe in his Arms

Sara Evens has been mute ever since she was 13 year old because something horriable happened to her when she was in 7th grade. But that's not all, her mother abuses her ever since her dad left when she was 6 years old. Though it's a hard life for Sara she is determined to go to school and get her education. So in her senior year she meets her new math teacher Mr. Jacobs. Sara feels an instant connection to Mr. Jacobs but ignores it at first. But when she ends up in the arms of Mr.Jacobs she can't help but feel safe and loved again. He protects her in every sense. Will Mr. Jacobs be able to keep Sara safe from the dangers of her past. Will she ever speak? What happened to make her mute?
