Defying Destiny
17 year old Anna McCartney splits her time between school, work and volunteering at the local Orphanage with her eccentric best friend Lisa. For as long as she can remember her parents had had her life mapped out for her, high school, Harvard, Lawyer. Just like her mother, and in fear of disappointing them, Anna never spoke out against them. Instead deciding maybe this was just what destiny had in store for her.
