My Name is Gertrude

Gertrude Cambell is a newly transferred sophomore at Coldwater High School. She's what most people define as "ugly" and it's been haunting her since she's been in elementary school. As the person that people always make fun of, she's actually pretty famous, just not in a good way. Gertrude has had a crush on this guy that most girls would drool over, but he would never even bear to look directly at her. One makeover will either destroy or save her life and give her a chance to be with the guy that she's always liked, but does every story end with a happy ending?
