Chicha (Carmella) is 18 and about to graduate high school. She herself is rich... off dirty money. She works for her father who is the head of a major cartel. She steals high end sports cars and muscle cars. He's allowing her to leave and get out even though she is the best at what she does because she's a mom to a two year old girl.
