Unbroken (UPDATED)

"Angie please, let me explain." I turn away from his pleading eyes to hide my tears. "No Josh, I'm done letting people explain things to me! I didn't choose this life, and I didn't choose you! Now leave me alone, you've done enough." I finish the sentence in a whisper so he won't hear my voice breaking. Breaking like my heart. I start to walk away from him, trying to persuade myself, and my wolf that we don't need our cheating mate. She howls in protest despite my best efforts. Angie has been chosen as Luna. Her job is to unite all wolf packs in the western hemisphere, and then stop them from starting a war that could destroy their race. She can't do the task alone, and will have to get along with her cheating mate in order to complete her mission successfully. Angie has to deal not only with her own broken heart, but also the fact that so many lives, and so many futures depend on her. Will Angie survive all the twists and turns this task will throw at her, or will she give up on herself?
